Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full value of the service booked. Refund Policy Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date. After the 10-day period, payments are non-refundable; however, clinic credit may be provided at our discretion.
